Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a technically adept sales engineer to support business sales with wireless solution design and consulting. You will analyze coverage, assist with in-building requests, and help tailor offerings to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong knowledge of wireless networks, devices, and value-added solutions, with a track record in solution sales and cross-functional collaboration. Travel is required, and the compensation includes base pay plus incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience.
Areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred).
4-7 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales.
Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement.
Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance.
Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions.
Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts.
