Job summary

GoCardless Ltd, a Mollie company, is a global leader in bank payments. You will join the Solution Engineering team as the primary technical lead during engagements with merchants, guiding and shaping opportunities, and supporting sales with technical demos.

Your day-to-day includes collaborating with the sales team, presenting demos, performing technical discovery, and architecting solution designs for prospects while working with the product and success teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pre-sales or post-sales solution engineer.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in building integrations with Payment-Service Providers.
• Programming skills in at least one common programming language.
• A deep understanding of how APIs function.
• A compelling storyteller.

Responsibilities

• Presenting and crafting demos showcasing our product.
• Performing technical discovery and architecting solution designs for prospects.
• Working with our product team on product improvements, new initiatives and feature requests.
• Collaborating with implementation managers and customer success teams to ensure a smooth journey for clients.
