Job summary

Stripe, including the Metronome product, seeks a Solutions Engineer to own technical demos and POCs for buyers across engineering, product management, and finance. You will craft compelling value stories and collaborate with sales to drive deals.

You’ll run tightly scoped PoCs, grow knowledge across market segments, and contribute to post-sales success with strong technical leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in technical or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Excellent communication across technical, GTM and finance stakeholders.
• Growth mindset for rapid learning in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Tell a clear value story and plan customized demos for buyers.
• Own proofs of concept with clearly defined success criteria.
• Represent Solutions Engineering during deal cycles and post-sales handover.
• Build and improve GTM playbooks and processes.
