Talently is seeking a healthcare-fluent pre-sales Solutions Engineer to own the technical win alongside Account Executives. This remote role supports healthcare organizations in translating business goals into scalable AI workflows integrated with their systems.

You will lead demos, work across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering, and mentor peers to strengthen deployment and adoption. The position overlaps Pacific Time and may require travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Healthcare or healthcare tech experience (operations, care, software).
• Strong sales acumen, executive presence, discovery and objection handling.
• Able to translate customer goals into scalable AI workflows for healthcare systems.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor across mid-market, enterprise, and health system engagements.
• Lead tailored product demos and technical discovery for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales to advance opportunities from qualification to technical close.
• Translate customer goals into AI workflow and integration approaches for healthcare systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering on customer needs and initiatives.
• Develop reusable demos, reference architectures, and enablement materials.
• Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering to inform platform improvements and priorities.
• Mentor fellow Solutions Engineers and support seamless deployment and adoption.
