Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Business Analyst to support IT asset and workspace management services for internal customers. You will own daily operations, coordinate with IT, Security, Finance, and engineering teams, and translate business needs into product features.

Fluency in Korean is required to prepare business reports in Korean. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management or related operations and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred experience with product management or enterprise SaaS product support (3+ years).
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Fluency in Korean is required, including the ability to prepare business reports in Korean.

The ideal candidate is self‑driven, takes ownership of daily operations, and contributes to delivering a seamless experience for internal customers. This role is highly cross‑functional and works closely with IT, Security, Finance, and engineering teams to ensure stable and efficient service operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations
