EPITEC in Plano, TX is seeking a Bilingual Business Analyst 3 to support service planning and admin functions onsite for a 1-year contract with possible extension. The role emphasizes cross-department collaboration, report generation, and participant coordination with global HQ in Korea.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of admin and project management experience, fluent English and Korean reading/writing, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in administrative support and project management.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (Reading and Writing proficiency required)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Demonstrated project and program management skills
• Proven ability to plan, coordinate and successfully execute projects and/or events
• Ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels
• Must have the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and self-driven fast learning mindset are highly required

Summary

The Service Planning and Admin Support Specialist is responsible for carrying out many of the organization’s administrative functions including review of service plans, project support, document important progression and discussion, and other functions as needed.
