The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT asset management or related operations, strong communication, and familiarity with enterprise SaaS products; Korean bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of IT asset management or related operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with product management or enterprise SaaS product support is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Korean bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support and operate IT asset and facility management services for internal customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, stable service operations.
• Document market and customer needs; translate requirements into product features.
• Analyze product and market data via sales, customer success, and end users.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance to enhance mobility and workspace solutions.
• Monitor competitive landscape and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Create and maintain solution documentation and reports.
