Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with IT, Security, Finance, and Engineering teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.

Responsibilities

• Support and operate IT asset and facility management services for internal customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, stable service operations.
• Translate business needs into solution features with engineering teams.
• Analyze market trends, product performance, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Finance to improve mobility and workspace management.
• Create, update, and maintain solution-related documentation, user guides, operational reports, and marketing materials.
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure a seamless experience for internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise IT asset and workspace management.
