Job summary

The PM & BA is crucial in an organization by liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to plan the assigned projects, allocate resources, conduct cost simulations, and generate the IT requirements based on the collected data, business requirements, and processes. The PM&BA shall create test plans, test cases, and scenarios to ensure all requirements are correctly developed and applied.

• Work with the development team and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions
• Develop and document the test cases and test scenarios to test out whether the requirements are correctly developed and applied to the new/existing applications
• Execute the test scenarios and validate new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
• Write technical documentation including requirement specifications, process flow charts, User/Operation Manuals, and other project-related documents
• Generate proposal documents and risk assessments for upcoming projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar role
• Be able to manage multiple projects
• Good understanding of IT terminology, Agile, and SDLC, especially system integration such as REST, RFC, and other integration protocols
• Must be a self-starter and problem solver
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• PMI/PMP Certification is a plus
• Korean and English bilingual is a plus
