Cinter Technology Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Business Analyst for an onsite role in Plano, TX. The position is a 1-year contract/W2 with a salary of $82K-$85K and benefits including 401K and insurance.

The role requires English and Korean language capability, with duties spanning from requirements gathering to UAT and optimization across IT projects. Responsibilities include leading multiple initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 9+ years of experience as PM, BA, or combined PM/BA.
• Experience managing enterprise IT projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and documented specs.
• Knowledge of system integrations including REST APIs/RFCs.
• Experience creating test cases and UAT scenarios.
• Proficient with PM methodologies and tracking tools.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Visio).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion within scope and budget.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support system integration initiatives (REST APIs, RFCs).
• Maintain business process models and operational docs.
• Develop test plans, cases, and UAT scenarios.
• Execute UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and optimization.
