• Experience gathering, documenting, and capturing design requirements.
• Experience developing BRDs and Software Requirements Specifications.
• Experience facilitating workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams remotely.
• Experience preparing and executing test plans, leading team members with testing.
• Experience implementing and testing interfaces with large legacy systems.
• Experience supporting project lifecycle artifacts and plans.
• Experience with SDLC management software such as HP ALM or Atlassian.
• Experience with WIOA and PIRL preferred.

Contract Position: 12-18months+
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide technical assistance across one or more concurrent projects. This role will coordinate and lead meetings to understand and document business operations, systems, and user needs, ensuring comprehensive requirements analysis for technology solutions that enhance business value. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience planning, leading, gathering, and analyzing business and functional requirements in cooperation with business and technical groups.
• Experience developing business process maps and performing fit-gap analyses.
• Experience solving complex problems and troubleshooting software systems.
• Experience simultaneously collecting requirements across multiple program areas with varying business needs.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and capturing design requirements.
• Experience developing Business Requirement Documents and Software Requirement Specifications.
• Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
• Experience preparing and executing test plans, leading and assisting team members with test activities, and documenting and communicating testing results.
• Experience implementing and testing interfaces that exchange data with large, complex legacy systems.
• Experience assisting with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Atlassian.
• Experience with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL) preferred.
