LMG Technology Services LLC in Austin, TX seeks an experienced Senior Business/Data Analyst to bridge business needs with technology teams, document BRD/FRD, and guide requirements through to implementation.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in business analysis, data analysis, and project coordination, with local availability for onsite engagement and a background check requirement.
8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Min 5 years of experience, served as a liaison between the Business community and Customer IT Teams (i.e., Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain , etc.). Strong experience as a Data Analyst in analyzing raw data, and as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, understanding technology, and any project management experience with PMP are a huge plus.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Roles and Responsibilities are Act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Their core objective is to analyze current legacy system identify any inefficiencies, and translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions that improve and meets program goal. Work with the program to document the requirements that can be shared with the vendor once vendor is selected to provide the right solutions that will meet program needs.
This role is needed till the end of the project to ensure the solution is implemented to the stakeholder's satisfaction

Note : Expected Start Date 09/02/2026 and Expected End Date 03/31/2027. May be renewed up to 3 years. Background Check required.
Position is Onsite (Austin, Texas 78751). Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA (Within 50-mile radius).
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. The worker may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
