Job summary

Woongjin, Inc. is seeking a Technology Project Manager to bridge business needs with technical execution. You will manage IT/AV strategies, design enterprise-grade systems, and lead end-to-end projects with both internal teams and partners.

You will present IT/AV solutions to executives, oversee installations, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/AV system consultation and project management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise technology deployments.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and UC platforms.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, engineers, and technicians.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-demand environments.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT/AV SME for clients and partners.
• Conduct client needs assessments and recommend scalable IT/AV solutions.
• Present IT/AV technologies to executive stakeholders.
• Design complex video conferencing systems and ensure interoperability.
• Lead IT/AV projects from concept through completion and manage vendors.
• Develop project timelines, BoMs, and resource plans.
• Provide installation oversight, testing, and end-user training.
