Must Have Skills
- Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned areas
- Strong background in asset inventory tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Experience with process analysis, workflows, and continuous improvement
- Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation expertise
- Experience using PowerBI or similar dashboard/visualization tools
- Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus
Responsibilities and Job Details
- Own and manage asset inventory processes across multiple locations
- Track, reconcile, and report on inventory data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify inefficiencies in asset tracking workflows and lead improvement efforts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure asset data integrity
- Leverage PowerBI or similar tools to visualize inventory and reporting metrics
- Continuously improve processes for scalability and performance
- Maintain high responsiveness and accountability to internal teams
- Adapt quickly to new challenges and drive change where necessary
- Prepare and maintain documentation for inventory control procedures
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed
- Support future asset management initiatives and system upgrades
