Job summary

WOONGJIN INC. in Plano, TX is seeking a skilled IT Expense and N-IRP Analyst to manage monthly IT expenses, validate invoices, and produce routine cost-reduction and usage reports for senior management.

The role focuses on data analysis, contract management, and stakeholder coordination, with 4–5 years of experience in business support and strong budgeting capabilities; bilingual English/Korean required. Office-based role with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in finance, IS, business, engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in business management support, IT expense/vendor management, resource or contract management, data analysis/reporting, or project management.
• Experience with Work Order, RMS, or similar systems is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Korean required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a monthly IT expense status report using internal systems and trackers; present trends to management.
• Validate and submit incoming invoices for IT and project expenses; present monthly invoice status reports.
• Generate monthly system usage and VOC reports for executive review and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Manage Work Order and contract data in RMS; update fields and track IT/non-IT outsourcing expenses.
• Maintain Work Order monthly report to plan annual IT/non-IT outsourcing contracts under N-IRP.
• Facilitate approval and signature process with stakeholders; preserve contract information in the system.
• Develop processes to monitor and track project deliverables; perform data analysis solo or with teams.
• Prepare materials in Word/Excel/PowerPoint for presentations.
