Solution Architect (Pre-sales)

We're looking for a Solution Architect with experience in Data Management, Cloud, and AI to join our remote team.

You will report to the Manager, Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

Data Management, Cloud, AI

Your Role Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements.
• Share best practices, content, and tips within your area of responsibility.
• Stay current on certifications required for your area.
• Lead activities for customer demos, including discovery, qualification, presentations, and demos.
• Assist with RFP responses and POCs.
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities such as workshops and technical advisory.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
• Support demos at marketing events.

What We'd Like to See

• Basic knowledge of top cloud ecosystems and data technologies.
• Understanding of cloud security aspects.
• Certifications in at least one cloud ecosystem and one data-related cloud technology.
• Skills in at least one INFA-related software platform or technology.
• Storytelling skills and experience with use case communication.
• Ability to build relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners.
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment, Data Warehousing, Database, and Business Intelligence concepts.

Role Essentials
