Solution Architect (Pre-sales)

We're looking for a Solution Architect with experience in Data Management, Cloud, and AI to join our team remotely.

You will report to the Manager, Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

Data Management, Cloud, AI

Your Role Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements.
• Share best practices, content, tips, and tricks within your area of responsibility.
• Stay current on certifications required for your area.
• Lead activities leading to customer demos, including discovery, technical qualification, customer presentations, standard demos, and related communication.
• Assist with RFP responses and POCs.
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like technical advisory and workshops.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
• Support demos at marketing events.

What We'd Like to See

• Basic knowledge of top cloud ecosystems and data-related technologies.
• Understanding of cloud computing security aspects.
• Certifications in at least one cloud ecosystem and one data-related cloud technology.
• Skills in at least one INFA-related software platform or technology.
• Experience in storytelling and establishing communication for specific use cases.
• Ability to engage with influencers, coaches, decision-makers, and partners.
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment, Data Warehousing, Database, and Business Intelligence concepts.

Role Essentials

• 2+ years in data integration, master data management, or data governance.
• 1+ year in presales, technical sales, industry, or consulting.
• BA/BS or equivalent educational background.
