Solution Architect (Pre-sales)

We're looking for a Solution Architect with experience in Data Management, Cloud, and AI to join our team remotely.

You will report to the Manager, Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

Data Management, Cloud, AI

Your Role Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements.
• Share best practices, content, tips, and tricks within your area of responsibility.
• Stay current on certifications for services relevant to your area.
• Lead activities up to customer demo delivery, including discovery, technical qualification, customer presentations, standard demos, and related communication.
• Assist with RFP responses and POCs.
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like technical advisory and workshops.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
• Support demos at marketing events.

What We'd Like to See

• Basic knowledge of top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data-related technologies.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing security aspects.
• Certifications in at least one cloud ecosystem and one data-related cloud technology.
• Skills on at least one Informatica-related software platform or technology.
• Experience in storytelling and establishing communication for specific use cases.
• Ability to engage with influencers, coaches, decision-makers, and partners.
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment, Data Warehousing, Database, and Business Intelligence concepts.

Role Essentials
