You will partner with customers, sales overlays, and services to translate goals into deployable architectures and measurable value. You may mentor other architects as the role expands across North and South America, while maintaining a strong customer focus and facilitating smooth

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales and solution architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear solution designs and value.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account and sales overlay teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions.
• Engage customers through structured discovery to capture goals and requirements.
• Design end-to-end EcoStruxure IT solutions delivering measurable value.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Support RFP responses and solution positioning.
• Act as trusted advisor on digital infrastructure, DCIM, monitoring and sustainability.
