Job summary

Stage 3 Separation is seeking a Solids Control Technician to oversee mechanical processes and support enhanced drilling operations on rig sites across the United States. You will operate solids control equipment, learn Stage 3 technology, and work a 12-hour shift on a 20 days on/10 days off rotation, with potential domestic travel to remote rig locations.

You will gain exposure to shaker tanks, centrifuges, drying equipment, and pumps while earning safety certifications and advancing through

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-year associate degree or technical diploma preferred in Technology/Electronics/Mechanics.
• Prior forklift, excavator or wheel loader experience or certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical processes for enhanced drilling operations and recycled drilling fluid.
• Operate solids control equipment including shaker tanks, centrifuge, drying equipment and pumps.
• Move cuttings and operate heavy machinery safely on rigs.
• Complete daily safety and operational reports and comply with PPE requirements.
• Attend safety meetings and participate in training and certification programs.
