Job summary

Stage 3 Separation, LLC is seeking a Solids Control Technician to support drilling operations on a rotating schedule. You will operate solids control equipment, learn to issue and analyze drilling fluids, and work with a team focused on safety and efficiency.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, basic electronics knowledge, and the ability to travel to various rigs across the United States. Training and PPE are provided; great job for field technicians starting in oil & gas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two-year associate degree or technical diploma preferred.
• Experience or certifications with forklift/excavator/wheel loader preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook) knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Work 14 days on and 7 days off.
• 12-hour shifts with rotation and overtime.
• Travel domestically to remote rig locations in the U.S.
• Rig up and rig down equipment and operate solids control gear.
• Attend daily safety meetings and maintain safety protocols.
• Complete daily reports and inspections for each shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and operate heavy machinery safely.
