Job summary

Grand Traverse Resort in Michigan is seeking a dedicated bartender to independently operate The Den entertainment venue. You will handle all bartender duties, serve aVar, maintain a high standard of sanitation, manage the POS system, and ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.

This role requires strong knowledge of beers, wines, liquors, and drinks, along with basic computer and POS skills. Availability seven days a week and compliance with safety and grooming standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age, have bartending skills or proven knowledge of beers, wines, liquors, and drinks.
• Basic computer knowledge and POS a must.

Responsibilities

• Operate The Den as the sole employee on duty.
• Perform all bartender duties and prepare/serve beverages.
• Provide prompt, professional service to guests and maintain 100% guest satisfaction.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions, handling cash/credit payments.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to keep par levels.
