Job summary

Hotel Investment Services seeks a Lead Bartender for Year-Round work at Drummond Island Resort's Pins Bar & Grill. You will act as bar ambassador, delivering craft cocktails, engaging guests, and driving beverage sales in a fast-paced resort setting.

Ideal candidates have strong guest focus, product knowledge, and teamwork with Food & Beverage leadership. Flexible schedules include evenings and weekends in a northern Michigan resort.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending in high-volume venues or resorts.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 and available for evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with hospitality and provide attentive service.
• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Maintain bar inventory, stock, and cleanliness.
• Assist with beverage ordering and promotions with leadership.
• Develop cocktails and seasonal offerings to drive sales.
• Coordinate with servers and management for smooth service.
