Job summary

Northern Waters Casino Resort in Michigan is seeking an energetic Bartender/Beverage Attendant to prepare drinks and serve patrons in the Clubhouse Bar or Golf Course beverage cart as needed.

Role requires 18+ age, TIPS certification, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Non-exempt position with $8.00-$11.00 hourly pay, based on experience and location within the venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills to ensure accurate money handling.
• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol in Michigan.
• Must pass TIPS training.
• Background checks and other pre-employment screenings required to obtain Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages following recipes.
• Interact with customers and take/serve orders.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock items; handle payments and make change.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.
