As a part-time team member, you will work in both full service and banquet-style bars, handling orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, stocked bar during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or beverage-service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol-service practices.
• Excellent customer service and basic math skills.
• Ability to stay organized during busy periods.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
• RBSC certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes, portion standards, and guest preferences.
• Set up and tear down of bars as needed.
• Assist with event set and teardown
• Greet guests promptly, take accurate orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Verify identification and follow all applicable alcohol-service laws and company policies.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and notify management of shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow responsible service procedures.
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
