Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering and deburring on small components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Complete electronic or electromechanical assembly using drawings, process documentation, and production guidelines.
• Use hand tools, basic measuring tools, and inspection equipment to support accurate assembly work.
• Inspect components and finished work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow safety procedures, workmanship standards, and team instructions throughout the production process.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour.
• Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Location: Van Nuys, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Perform precision soldering, deburring, and small component assembly.
• Complete electronic or electromechanical assembly using drawings and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring or inspection equipment to support production quality.
• Support quality standards in an aerospace, electronics, or precision manufacturing environment.
• Less than 1 year of experience is acceptable, and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on assembly and soldering experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and process documentation.
• Comfortable working with small components and detailed assembly tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and quality-focused work habits.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Stable and recent work history is preferred.
• Must be able to complete a background check upon conditional job offer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior soldering, deburring, or assembly experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or precision manufacturing.
• Experience performing electronic or electromechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with workmanship standards and quality expectations in regulated manufacturing environments.
