• Perform precision soldering, deburring and small component assembly.
• Read and interpret drawings, process docs and work instructions to complete assemblies.
• Support quality standards in aerospace/electronics/precision manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering and deburring on small components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Complete electronic or electromechanical assembly using drawings, process documentation, and production guidelines.
• Use hand tools, basic measuring tools, and inspection equipment to support accurate assembly work.
• Inspect components and finished work to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with production requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow safety procedures, workmanship standards, and team instructions throughout the production process.
