Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on assembly of aerospace components according to work instructions, drawings, and production requirements.
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality while maintaining close attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
• Identify and report quality, material, or production concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company policies and safety procedures.
• Support daily production goals while maintaining high‑quality workmanship and reliability.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
• 1st and 2nd shift available
• Fridays off, with occasional overtime as needed.
• Position Type: Long-term temporary assignment, 6+ months, with potential for permanent hire after approximately 4 to 6 months based on performance and business needs.
• Location: Oxnard, CA.
• Industry: Aerospace manufacturing.
