AppleOne Employment Services is seeking Assemblers for a temp-to-hire role in Camarillo, CA. Join a growing life sciences manufacturing environment focused on cleanroom production, quality, and safety.

You will perform hands-on assembly, follow SOPs, and maintain accurate production records in a team-based setting. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related manufacturing or cleanroom experience, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $19 to $22 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Assemble components and finished products according to written procedures.
• Support cleanroom production operations while meeting quality and output goals.
• Complete inspections and production documentation accurately.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, and contamination-control requirements throughout the shift.
• 1 to 2 years of related assembly, manufacturing, production, or cleanroom experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing full cleanroom protective garments, including a bunny suit.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to support team production goals.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.Must successfully pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous cleanroom assembly experience.
• Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, healthcare manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or similar quality-controlled manufacturing standards.
