Job Summary

As a Photonics Assembler, you will support the production of optical and sensor components used in high-tech applications. This is a clean, professional manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect small, delicate optical, sensor, or electronic components according to detailed work instructions.
• Perform precision assembly under a microscope using hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment.
• Follow quality procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with production standards.
• Maintain productivity while working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
• Complete required documentation, production records, and basic data entry accurately.
• Support a team-focused production environment by maintaining organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $22 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
• Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
• Schedule: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
