Job summary

NovaSource Power Services is seeking a full-time technician in Dawson, GA to operate and maintain utility-scale PV power plants. You will monitor plant performance through SCADA, perform commissioning, testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of AC and DC solar PV systems, including inverters, PV module arrays, transformers, switchgear, and metering systems.

Requirements include 2+ years in a related position or journey-level certification, a High School Diploma (college/technical degree

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a related position or Journey level certification.
• Experience operating and maintaining power plant electrical systems and SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor PV Plant operation through SCADA and perform maintenance tasks.
• Commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying AC/DC solar PV systems.
• Work with inverters, module arrays, transformers, switchgear, and metering systems.
