Job summary

SunStrong Management LLC is seeking a Technician 3 to diagnose solar systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and lead field crews on service work in California. The role involves directing Tech 1 and Tech 2 team members and ensuring high-quality, first-pass resolution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of solar experience, proven troubleshooting ability, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Experience with roof work, electrical work, and ESS battery projects is required or preferred.
