Ideal candidates have 2+ years in solar, strong communication and leadership abilities, and are authorized for ESS work. The position requires outdoor roof work and driving as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solar industry experience.
• Proven troubleshooting capability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license (subject to driver/record check).
• Crew Lead for solar service work.
• Roof and electrical competence.
• Solar diagnostics and repair expert.
• Authorized for battery (ESS) work.

Responsibilities
