SunStrong Management LLC is seeking a Technician 3 to diagnose and troubleshoot solar systems, lead field crews on service work, and drive high-quality outcomes in the field. The role requires strong communication, 2+ years of solar experience, and the ability to manage Tech 1/Tech 2 teams and battery (ESS) work.

Candidates must be proficient in roof and electrical work, have a valid driver’s license, and be capable of leading service projects with safety and reliability as top priorities.

Formación

• 2+ years of solar experience.
• Proven troubleshooting capability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license (driver record check may apply).
• Crew Lead for solar service work.
• Roof and electrical competent.
• Authorized for battery (ESS) work.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve solar system issues.
• Inverter failures.
• System underperformance.
• Lead crews on service jobs.
• Direct and support Tech 1 and Tech 2 team members.
• Ensure high-quality work and first-pass resolution.
