Qualifications

• 2+ years of solar experience required.
• Proven troubleshooting capability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Valid driver’s license, subject to driving record check.
• Crew Lead for solar service work experience preferred.
• Roof and electrical competency required.
• Solar diagnostics and repair expertise.
• Authorized to perform battery (ESS) work.
