Job summary

SunStrong Management, LLC is seeking a Technician 4 with strong solar and battery expertise for advanced troubleshooting and crew leadership in California.

You will perform solar service work, diagnose and repair ESS systems (Tesla, Enphase, SunVault, Franklin), and lead crews on complex battery projects outdoors.

3+ years solar experience, OEM battery certifications, and a valid driver’s license are preferred; outdoor work and roof access are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of solar experience.
OEM battery certifications (as applicable).
Strong troubleshooting and leadership capability.
Valid driver’s license (subject to driving record check).

Responsibilities

Perform all solar service work.
Diagnose and repair battery (ESS) systems: Tesla, Enphase, SunVault, Franklin.
Lead crews on battery and advanced service jobs.
Resolve escalated and multi-system issues.
