Job summary

SunStrong Management, LLC seeks a Technician 3 to diagnose solar system issues, troubleshoot, and lead field crews on service work. You will direct and support Tech 1 and Tech 2 team members while ensuring high-quality work and first-pass resolution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of solar experience, proven troubleshooting capability, and strong communication and leadership skills, plus a valid driver’s license. Roof and electrical competence and battery (ESS) work authorization are required.
