SunStrong Management is seeking a Technician 4 - Operations and Maintenance (Solar) to perform advanced solar service work, diagnose and repair battery ESS systems, and lead crews on battery and complex service jobs.

Based in San Jose, CA, the role requires 3+ years of solar experience, OEM battery certifications where applicable, and a valid driver’s license. The position involves outdoor work and driving as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of solar experience.
• OEM battery certifications (as applicable).
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership capability.
• Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check).

Responsabilités

• Perform all solar service work as part of the team.
• Diagnose and repair battery (ESS) systems.
