Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Solar Technician I to support the operation and maintenance of the Chillingham Solar Site in Rogers, TX. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain PV inverters, panels, and tracking systems while using SCADA, Maximo, and SAP for work orders and reporting.

This field position requires daily site presence, a valid US driver's license, and willingness to travel domestically. The role includes on-call duties and outdoor work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in a technical program with AC/DC electrical theory.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Willingness to be on-call and travel domestically as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of solar facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair PV inverters, panels, and tracking systems.
• Handle work orders in Maximo and document activities.
