You will lead a team of technicians and operators, ensure production schedules, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to upgrade equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily cell activities including equipment setup, operation and maintenance.
• Ensure production schedules are met and priorities are set to meet demand and deadlines.
• Monitor yield, throughput and downtime; implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency and reliability.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
