Job summary

Harvest Solar is seeking an onsite leadership role to drive safety, quality, and coordination across solar construction projects. You will oversee on‑site crews, enforce safety programs, review technical documents, and coordinate with project teams to meet schedules and standards.

The position emphasizes leading field personnel, performing JHAs, complying with all safety regulations, and ensuring quality throughout the construction lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Safety and compliance knowledge across federal, state, and local requirements (ASHE, OSHA, MIOSHA, MDH, DOT).
• Experience leading on-site crews and coordinating multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance and Risk Mitigation: prioritize safety, ensure site safety plans, perform JHAs and inspections, maintain site equipment and signage.
• Quality Control and Technical Oversight: review blueprints and specs, support quality plans, schedule third‑party testing, manage observations and punch lists.
• Field Leadership and Crew Management: lead on-site employees and subcontractors, coordinate multi‑discipline workflows, conduct daily toolbox talks and site meetings.
• Management and supervision of work crews onsite: mentor and train field personnel, evaluate performance, provide process feedback.
