Job summary

Harvest Solar in Michigan is seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to coordinate field operations on solar projects with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and efficiency.

You will act as the on-site leadership link between field crews, subcontractors, Project Managers, Safety, and Quality, planning, coordinating, documenting, and supervising daily activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License required.
• OSHA Certification (OSHA 30) required.
• First Aid/CPR/AED Certification required.
• NABCEP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety Compliance and Risk Mitigation: prioritize safety, ensure compliance with OSHA/MIOSHA/Harvest Solar standards.
• Quality Control and Technical Oversight: review plans, schedule third‑party testing, track punch lists.
