Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety programs on construction sites and industrial facilities. The role emphasizes developing policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety across projects.

You will investigate incidents, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining project documentation and reporting. This is a full-time on-site position with an emphasis on safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in occupational health and safety or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA and construction safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Conducting regular site inspections and identifying hazards.
• Investigating accidents, near misses, and safety violations with corrective actions.
• Coordinating safety training programs and maintaining records.
• Overseeing administrative tasks related to safety documentation and compliance.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion.
• Maintain open communication with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and compliance with regulations.
