Job summary

Legacy Power searches for a Site Superintendent to lead on active solar construction sites, coordinating crews and subcontractors while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality results. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the ground rather than desk work.

You will collaborate with project managers, clients, and trade partners, reviewing drawings and permits, and proactively solving field challenges to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction supervision experience
• Experience in solar, electrical, or similar commercial construction
• Ability to read construction and electrical drawings
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is a plus)
• Valid driver6icense
• Collaborative leadership with safety and quality focus

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on assigned solar construction projects
• Lead field crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate daily construction activities, equipment, and deliveries
• Maintain project schedules and adapt to changing field conditions
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
• QA/QC inspections and progress documentation
• Review drawings, permits, and project documentation
• Coordinate inspections with utilities and AHJs
• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners
• Help solve field challenges to avoid delays
