Job summary

Legacy Power LLC is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead solar construction onsite, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and deliveries while ensuring safety and project schedules. You’ll review drawings and documents, solve field challenges, and drive quality workmanship on every project.

You will supervise field teams, maintain schedules, and liaise with clients and trade partners to deliver projects safely and on time consistent with Legacy Power’s high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction supervision experience
• Experience in solar, electrical, or similar commercial construction
• Ability to read construction and electrical drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is a plus)
• A valid driver’s license
• Collaborative leadership style with focus on safety and quality
• Electrical licensing and civil/mechanical construction experience are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day leader for assigned solar construction projects.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors and coordinate activities.
• Maintain project schedules and adapt to field changes.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards.
• Perform QA/QC inspections and document progress.
• Review drawings, permits, and project documentation.
