Simply Solar in Northern California seeks an Outside Solar Service Sales Representative to build and manage service-partner relationships across roofing, real estate, and solar finance sectors. You'll gather project details remotely, prepare quotes, and close signed, quoted service agreements with minimal site visits.

This field-based role offers a base salary of $60k plus commission, with a potential bonus for hitting growth targets and milestones.

Formación

• 2+ years of outside sales in solar/roofing/construction.
• Solid understanding of residential solar PV systems.
• Ability to gather job information remotely and prepare quotes.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining B2B relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, target, and engage prospective partners in Northern California.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partner accounts and close agreements.
• Prepare accurate quotes for service work including removal, reinstallation, diagnostics, and battery storage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to scheduled work.
• Maintain CRM records and report pipeline activity; meet sales targets.
