Job summary

Ethos Green Power Cooperative in Viroqua, WI is seeking an O&M Administrator to support the Service Department from intake through project stewardship and documentation. You will be the first responder for customer inquiries, dispatch for field service, and coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate cost estimates and timely follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage incoming service requests using Zoho Desk.
• Create, assign, and monitor service projects in Zoho CRM & Projects with accurate details.
• Maintain awareness and prioritization of open tickets, warranty cases, and follow-ups.
• Provide clear, proactive communication to customers throughout each service case.
• Assist with PV & Battery commissioning with PMs and O&M Lead as needed.
• Document work orders with cost estimates for parts and labor.
