Solar Energy Solutions in Lexington, KY is seeking an O&M Administrator to support the Operations & Maintenance team. This in-office role focuses on helpdesk support, system monitoring, and coordinating RMAs, while driving service opportunities with customers.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of admin or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. Experience with monitoring platforms or ticketing systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or operations experience (solar or construction industry preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for O&M Helpdesk calls and inquiries.
• Monitor solar system performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive O&M Administrator to support our Operations & Maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring efficient system performance, excellent customer service, and timely issue resolution.
