Green Water and Power is seeking a Solar Customer Service Representative to join its O&M team in California. The role involves handling inquiries related to solar modules, inverters, and monitoring platforms with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

The position requires monitoring solar and EV charger dashboards, creating and tracking tickets, and coordinating with internal design, installation, and field service teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with solar or renewable energy industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with ticketing and monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system promptly.
• Monitor solar production and inverter dashboards to identify issues and create tickets.
• Monitor EV charger systems and assign issues to technicians.
• Close tickets after resolution and maintain detailed records.
• Serve as main point of contact for solar and EV inquiries.
• Collaborate with design, installation, and field service teams to schedule projects.
• Communicate with vendors for warranty claims and quotes.
• Generate reports on ticket resolution times and system performance.
