Job summary

Ethos Green Power Cooperative in Wisconsin seeks a Journeyman or Residential Journeyman Electrician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain solar PV systems and energy storage. This is a full-time, in-person role offering hourly pay and strong emphasis on safety and code compliance.

You will report to the Electrical Coordinator, prepare plans and permits, lead daily safety checks, document work in CRM, and collaborate across departments to advance Ethos processes and renewable energy solutions.
